Gym VS Walking.

The purpose of going to the gym or doing resistance training should never be to gain or lose weight; its purpose should be to increase your strength or flexibility. Walking does not increase human strength and flexibility. The benefit of walking is that your blood sugar level will decrease, and you will not gain extra weight. When will the extra weight not increase? When you walk enough and your diet is fine too. Then your weight will be fixed in one place or maintained in a healthy state. But when you walk a lot and do a lot of exercise but eat more than that, it is a problem.

The extra benefit of resistance training is that our strength bar is flexibility bar, as a result of which we get fewer injuries. I have seen many people who were sitting on the sofa but got back injury while getting up. They are not used to physical activity. Usually, such things happen in people between 50 and 60 years of age. What is the reason? Their muscles are weak. They may be on hand for diabetes control. But strength is not affected by walking. As a result of resistance training or weightlifting on the strength bar. Such things will never happen to those who are inside resistance training.
