Healthy Avocado salad recipe for weight loss.


Ingredients:

Into a bowl I’m adding 1 medium sized  cucumber sliced, 2 medium sized tomato chopped,1 medium sized onion sliced, 1 green chili finely chopped(green chili you can increase or decrease as per your taste)1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper powder,1/3 teaspoon dry mango powder, 1/3 teaspoon chat masala (adding chat masala in totally optional),pink salt as needed, a big fat pinch of black salt. I’m using 1 medium sized Avocado in this recipe.Slice the Avocado into small pieces. Squeeze in one whole lemon. 

And I’m going to give this all a good mix. And lastly I’m adding in finely chopped fresh coriander leaves and it a good mix.

Transfer the salad into a serving bowl. My super healthy salad is ready to serve.
